Overview:
When users delete emails from their Blackberry or their Outlook INBOX, the Blackberry Enterprise Server will synchronize that deleted email from the Exchange accounts INBOX and then reference that deleted item from the DELETED FOLDER stored on the server. Depending on the network traffic, it can take time to show the change.
Procedure:
If users delete emails from their Exchange accounts INBOX, then remove the deleted emails from their Outlooks DELETED FOLDER. This action will remove those emails permanently from the server. When the Blackberry synchronizes to the Exchange account, the BES has no emails to reference the change. If this is the case, you will need to remove the un-wanted emails manually from your Blackberry.
