Overview:
Beginning with Blackberry handheld version 4.0, wireless synchronization has been expanded to include synchronization of tasks, notes and contacts. (In prior versions you could only synchronize email and calendar entries).
This synchronization works flawlessly whether you use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Web Access with one exception: Notes. You cannot add Notes in Outlook Web Access and have them wirelessly sync to your Blackberry. This is because the way Notes are posted to your account via Outlook Web Access is different from how Microsoft Outlook does it. There is no known workaround.
Procedure:
If you have add Notes through Outlook Web Access that you want to have sync to your Blackberry you can do one of two things:
- Synchronize your Blackberry handheld using Blackberry Desktop Manager version 4.0 or later.
- Remove and readd your notes in Outlook.
