What types of mobile devices will work with my Link2Exchange account?

Document: Q1249

Overview:

One of the biggest advantages to having a Link2Exchange account is that your account can be accessed in many ways: via Outlook, Outlook Web Access, or even by many popular cellular devices.

Link2Exchange supports data connections for the following types of cellular devices:

  1. All Blackberry devices, including Blackberry 4.0 devices.

    • Blackberry Live Integration service: $9.95/month, $39.95 one-time setup fee

  2. All Pocket PC/Microsoft ActiveSync devices.

    • Pocket PC Integration service: Free service included with your Exchange account.

Note: You must have an appropriate data plan on your cellphone in order to connect to Link2Exchange wirelessly.

Special Note to T-Mobile Customers: T-Mobile has recently blocked access to Blackberry users on the T-Zones plan so that they can only use the T-Mobile web browser. In order to use Link2Exchange with T-Mobile you must upgrade to the Blackberry Enterprise Server plan on your phone.
