Overview:
Link2Exchange can provide you a free copy of Outlook 2003 or 2007 (for as long as you have your Link2Exchange accounts). In order to install it, your system must meet the following requirements:
System Requirements:

To check which version of Windows you're running:
- Right click on your My Computer icon (on the desktop for most machines or click Start->(then right-click) My Computer.
- Click Properties on the pop-up menu.
- The version of windows will be displayed in this initial screen. Under the name of your Operating System, it will list off which Service Pack you've installed.
NOTE: Microsoft recommends that you always keep up to date on your service packs from Microsoft. To download the latest service packs and updates, visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
Link2Exchange cannot support issues arising from Microsoft Windows update service. Perform these at your own risk.

To check what type of CPU is installed in your system:
- If your machine is an Intel Celeron, it will meet the CPU requirements for Outlook 2003.
- Reboot your machine.
- As it begins to boot, the CPU type and speed will be displayed. If the speed is 233MHz or greater, it will meet the CPU requirement. (If it's less than 1GHz, it will perform slowly, however.)

To check how much free hard disk space you have in your system:
- Double click on your My Computer icon (on the desktop for most machines or click Start->(then click)My Computer.
- Click once on your C: drive.
- The amount of free hard disk space in your system will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. (Anything over 260MB will work. Remember 1GB = 1,000MB so 1GB free is acceptable.)
- Other: Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher must be installed.
To check which version of Windows you're running:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Help->About Internet Explorer.
- The version will be the first thing listed in normal text on the screen.
- If you don't have Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later, download the latest version from http://www.microsoft.com/ie/.
