Setting up your Outlook to sync to your new Link2exchange account

If needed, you can download a free copy of Outlook or Entourage from us -here-

NOTE: Remember that your mailbox limit on our server is set to a certain size according to your service plan with us; make sure that you are exporting under that specific size. We can suggest cleaning up your mailbox by archiving any unwanted emails to an Outlook archive folder that will save the data on your computer’s hard drive or by removing any unwanted emails (including the deleted folder) from Outlook.

Blackberry

It is very important that you contact your cell provider and confirm that your blackberry has the correct data plan that allows access to a third party (Link2exchange) Blackberry Enterprise server.

If you already have data on your blackberry and you are planning on importing the same data through Outlook you could end up with duplicate copies of your contact and calendar items on your Blackberry. We recommend backing up your device data using the Blackberry Desktop Manager software (supported and supplied by www.blackberry.com). Once the data is backed up, wipe the handheld clean by going to your options icon>security options>general settings. Bring up the menu and choose wipe handheld. Keep in mind this action will remove all data that was saved to the handheld memory. When you add the Blackberry to our BES server and activate, the Blackberry will synchronize the data that you imported into your new Link2exchange Outlook profile. If needed, you can restore your text, pictures and other saved items from your Blackberry Desktop Manager after the activation.
Adding your Blackberry to our Blackberry Enterprise Server
