Overview:
If you used ActiveSync before joining Link2Exchange then you must uninstall if before you can use our service. See below for a link on downloading and installing the new ActiveSync software once you've completed the uninstallation process.
Procedure:
- Click Start->Control Panel. (or Start->Settings->Control Panel on PCs not running Windows XP.
- Double click Add/Remove Programs.
- Scroll down and click on Microsoft Active Sync.
- Click Change/Remove.
- Click Yes, if prompted for confirmation.
- Click No, if prompted to confirm deletion of Synchronized Files and Shortcuts.
- Click OK to complete the uninstallation of the old ActiveSync software.
- Reboot your PC then download and install the new ActiveSync software for Link2Exchange. (required)
