Troubleshooting Blackberry Wireless Calendaring Synchronization

Overview:
This document explains some common problems with the wireless calendaring and solutions for them.
Procedure:
The most common problem with Wireless Calendar synchronization is that it hasn't been configured correctly in Blackberry Desktop Manager.
Checking the Blackberry Desktop Manager
Open the Blackberry Desktop Manager software.
Double-click on Intellisync.

Click Configure PIM.
Click Calendar (to highlight it) then click Choose.

Under 'Available Translators, click Click Blackberry Wireless Sync.
Under 'Operation', click Synchronize then click OK.

Click OK again.
Plug your Blackberry into your PC.
In Desktop Manager, click Synchronize Now.
Once your synchronization is complete, your Calendar will be set up for wireless synchronization.
