Overview:

Setting up your HTC Android (ActiveSync) to Sync with your Exchange account

This handheld will sync email, calendar and contacts, it does not sync Tasks and Notes.

Procedure:

*From the home screen, touch  the applications tab (located in the lower-left)

 *Touch Mail to create your first email account

  *Touch Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

  *Enter the exchange email address and password then touch Next.

   *If presented, ensure the Exchange server settings are correct then touch Next.

Email address:    

Server address: mail.link2exchange.com     

Domain: L2E

Username:   (The servers uses your OMA address, it will be 20 characters long)

Password: your account password

SSL is required, make sure there is a green check mark here

*Select the desired data to synchronize with the exchange server then touch Finish setup.

 *Enabled when a green check mark is present

* Data should now start syncing from your Exchange account to the handheld

    NOTE: The handheld does not sync Tasks and Notes
