Procedure:
The above error is indicative of a Blackberry handheld which has had its service books corrupted or which has been accidentally misconfigured to use Blackberry Desktop Redirector (or Webclient) instead of the Blackberry Enterprise Server at Link2Exchange.
The only way to fix this error is to perform the following procedures (in the order listed):
