Overview:
When you're reading email in an older Blackberry, you may have to select 'More' in order to read the entire message. Sometimes, when you click More, you may get an error suggesting that the message has been deleted. In reality, the message has probably been moved. In order to receive 'More' of a message, it must be in either your Inbox or Saved Messages folder.
Procedure:
The only workaround is to move the message into your Saved Messages folder and open it again.
