Pricing for extra storage space for your Link2Exchange email account(s).
Document: Q1167
Overview:
Disk space is like shared minutes in a cellphone plan; if you have two 5 GIG mailboxes you can allocate a total of 10 GIG between the two mailboxes, this way a heavy user can borrow space from a lighter user without additional fees. All items in a mailbox take up space including calendar, contacts, tasks, and notes. As a general rule 90% of the space in most peoples mailboxes is taken up by email and the other 10% is calendar, contacts, tasks and notes. Link2Exchange mailboxes come in multiple sizes so you can increase your mailbox plan to a larger size giving everyone access to more space or you can allocate more space above your total allowed quota and pay an additional fee per gig of storage space.
