My mail is showing up in Outlook but not in Outlook Web Access or on my Blackberry. What should I do?

Overview:

In some instances, users may have conifigured their Link2Exchange profile in Outlook by just reconfiguring their existing Outlook profile instead of creating a new one. This often leads to a problem wherein e-mail is stored in the user's Personal Folders instead of on the Link2Exchange server. Mail stored in Personal Folders cannot be seen via Outlook Web Access and may not be forwarded to the Blackberry. Follow the procedure below to update your profile to store your e-mail on the Link2Exchange server.

Procedure:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and log into your Link2Exchange profile.
  2. Click Tools->Email Accounts.
  3. Click View or Change Existing E-mail Accounts and click Next.
  4. Under 'Deliver New E-mail to the Following Location, select 'Mailbox - Your Name'.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. Restart Microsoft Outlook for your changes to take effect.
