My handheld won't turn on. What should I do?

If your Blackberry won't turn on at all, try the following steps.

For pager-sized handhelds, replace the AA battery.
For palm-sized handhelds, place in the cradle and charge the Blackberry for 24 hours.

If your Blackberry still won't turn on, contact your cellular service provider (NexTel, Verizon, AT&T, etc)
