Overview:
To configure Microsoft Outlook manually (the only option for older versions of Outlook), follow the instructions below.
Procedure:
- Connect to Link2Exchange via your Link2Exchange VPN client. Your VPN must be up and running before Outlook can be configured.
- Click Start->Settings->Control Panel.
- Double click Mail.

- Under Profiles, click Show Profiles

- Click Add.

- Under Profile Name, type L2E then click OK.

- Make sure Add a new email account is selected then click Next.

- Click Microsoft Exchange Server then click Next.

- Next to Microsoft Exchange Server, type server.name.
- Next to User Name, type in your email address, you@yourdomain.com then click Next.

- Click Finish.
- Click OK and close the control panel.
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Select your newly created L2E profile.
Note: If you'd like it to automatically load your L2E profile, click Options and put a check next to Set as default profile.

- Click OK.
 Microsoft Exchange will now import your remaining account settings and any email or calendar appointments you've already received at your Link2Exchange account. Once it's done, you'll be ready to use Link2Exchange!
