Mail routing configuration for 'No Control

Document: Q1305

Overview:

Some Link2Exchange Business account customers do not have all of the e-mail for their domain hosted with Link2Exchange. These are called "No Control" Business accounts. Some e-mail for their domain is located on another server which is the authoritative server for that domain. In those cases, the Link2Exchange server must have e-mail forwarded from the authoritative server to it for the accounts which it hosts. (If the mail isn't forwarded, it will just sit at the authoritative server and will never reach Link2Exchange.)

NOTE: Personal Account (@link2exchange.com) Customers do not need to use this document. You can just forward e-mail to your @link2exchange.com e-mail address.

Procedure:

The actual procedure for forwarding your e-mail from your domain's primary mail server to Link2Exchange will vary depending on the mail server. The critical information you need is what email address you will forward your email to.
  1. Enter your email address below and click GO to find the e-mail address to which you should forward mail.
