I changed my Full Name information in the control panel but it hasn't changed in Outlook. What should I do?

Overview:
If you've updated your personal information (specifically your first name, middle initial or last name) you'll need to recheck your name against the Global Address List on our server to update Microsoft Outlook with the new information. By default, Outlook only checks for this information during the initial setup of your e-mail profile. Follow the instructions below to update your Outlook profile with your new information.
Procedure:
Before following this procedure, make sure that you've updated your Personal Account information in the Link2Exchange control panel.
- Close Outlook.
- Click Start->Control Panel (or Start->Settings->Control Panel.
- Double-click Mail.
- Click Show Profiles.
- Click on your Link2Exchange profile then click Properties.
- Click E-Mail Accounts.
- Click View or Change Existing Email Accounts then click Next. (If prompted, enter in your e-mail address and password.)
- Click Microsoft Exchange Server then click Change.
- Delete the name next to username and type in your full e-mail address in its place.
- Click Check Name. The corrected name should now appear underlined next to Username.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.
- Click Close.
- Click OK.
- Re-open Outlook and the display name will be updated.
