Overview:
Send Privately is an email encryption solution that provides individuals with a high level of security in their email communications. It’s an easy-to-use service that lets users encrypt and decrypt emails and attachments with a single click. Contact sales@link2exchange.com for more details.
Procedure:
Click Start->Control Panel in your Windows start menu.
- If you are using Category View (it says “Pick a Category…” on a blue background) then click User Accounts and then Mail.
- If you are using Classic View (a bunch of icons appear on a white background) then double-click Mail.
- If Mail is not listed, choose 32bit Control Panel Icons and then chose Mail
Windows 7 is slightly different from Windows XP and VISTA to navigate through when setting up an Outlook profile. Go to your computers START button, Control Panel, User accounts and Family Safety, Choose Mail (32-bit)
Click Show Profiles.

Highlight your existing profile, and then click Properties

Click Email Accounts

You will see your primary email account listed, click NEW

Select Email Account

Select setup "Manually configure server settings or additional server types"

Select Internet E-mail (POP or IMAP)

Enter the following information:
You’re Name:
Email address: you@sendprivately.com
Account Type: POP
Incoming mail server: mail.sendprivately.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.sendprivately.com
User: you@sendprivately.com
Pass: use the password that was assigned to you
Click- More Settings

Selected Outgoing Server
Check- My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Click- OK

Enter the following information:
Incoming server (POP3): 995
Check- this server requires an encrypted connection
Outlook server (SMTP): 25
User the following type of encrypted connection: TLS
Click - OK

Click NEXT then FINISH completing the setup.
You should now see the new sendprivately.com email address listed as your secondary account.

You can still send emails out like you always have using your primary email account. (For example- user@gmail.com is the primary sending account)
However, when you would like to send an encrypted email from your sendprivately.com account, simply reply or create the email and select you@sendprivately.com with the FROM field.

Your Send Privately email account will automatically search your email content to determine if private information is in the email or attachments and if it needs to be encrypted.
You can force the email to be encrypted by putting “SendPrivately” anywhere in the email subject.
