Overview:

Procedure:

1. Connect your phone to your PC.


2. Click Start->Programs->Microsoft ActiveSync.


3. If requested, select your Outlook profile and log in with your username and password.
4. In ActiveSync, click Options.
   
5. Click the Schedule tab (at the top of the window).
   
6. Under Desktop Schedule, next to 'When connected to my PC', select how often you want to synchronize your handheld to your PC when it's connected to your PC.
7. Under Server Schedule, next to 'When connected to my PC', select how often you want to synchronize your handheld to your PC when it's connected to the server.
   (From every 5 Mins, 10 Mins, 30 Mins, 60 Mins, 2 Hours, 4 Hours or Manually)
   
8. Under Wireless Schedule, next to 'During Peak Times, sync', select how often you want to synchronize your handheld to your PC when it's connected to the server.
   (From every 5 Mins, 10 Mins, 30 Mins, 60 Mins, 2 Hours, 4 Hours, When New Items Arrive or Manually)
   
9. Under Wireless Schedule, next to 'During Off-Peak Times, sync', select how often you want to synchronize your handheld to your PC when it's connected to the server.
   (From every 5 Mins, 10 Mins, 30 Mins, 60 Mins, 2 Hours, 4 Hours, When New Items Arrive or Manually)
   
10. Under Wireless Schedule, next to 'Whem Roaming, sync', select how often you want to synchronize your handheld to your PC when it's connected to the server.
    (From: Manually or using Mobile Schedule; we strongly recommend 'Manually')
    
11. Click OK.
12. If requested, select your Outlook profile and log in with your username and password.


13. Click Sync to update your new synchronization settings.
