Overview:
Almost any time a user experiences slow delivery of email or has a complaint about abusive or non-solicited email, Link2Exchange support will require the full headers of that message.
To get those headers, follow the procedure below.
Procedure:
- Right-click on the message and click Options.
- Right-click in the Internet headers box and click Select All.
- Hit CTRL-C or right-click the highlighted text and click Copy.
- Click OK.
- Send an email to support@link2exchange.com with the following information:
- A description of the problem that caused you to send this message to support.
- A copy of the headers from the offending message. (Click in the message box then click Edit->Paste to paste the copied Internet headers into this message.)
- Contact information where you can be reached, if needed. (Generally these type of issues are handled via email in which case we'll just reply to the email address from which you sent the original message.)
Once our administrators have reviewed your message, we will get back to you with what we've found.
