HOWTO: Import your Outlook data into your Link2Exchange account.

Overview:

This knowledge base article will guide you throught the process of importing your data into your Link2Exchange account.

(Note: The Import process can take some time depending on how much data you're moving.)

Procedure:

  1. Launch your new Outlook profile and logon
  2. Once Outlook has fully launched go to the file menu and click import and export. Select import from another program or file and click Next.


  3. Highlight Personal Folder File (.pst), Click Next


  4. Click the Browse button and select the backup.pst file that you created on your Desktop.


  5. Highlight Personal Folders, check Include subfolders. Click Finish


  6. A progress windows should appear, once it has gone away you should see all your data within Outlook. We highly recommend that you leave Outlook open for a bit to allow it to upload your data to the Exchange server.
