Overview:
This knowledge base article will guide you throught the process of importing your data into your Link2Exchange account.
(Note: The Import process can take some time depending on how much data you're moving.)
Procedure:
- Launch your new Outlook profile and logon
- Once Outlook has fully launched go to the file menu and click import and export. Select import from another program or file and click Next.

- Highlight Personal Folder File (.pst), Click Next

- Click the Browse button and select the backup.pst file that you created on your Desktop.

- Highlight Personal Folders, check Include subfolders. Click Finish

- A progress windows should appear, once it has gone away you should see all your data within Outlook. We highly recommend that you leave Outlook open for a bit to allow it to upload your data to the Exchange server.
