Overview:
Many users who are moving to Link2Exchange have used Microsoft Outlook in the past and have configured it to filter spam via the built-in mail sender lists in Outlook. If you're one of those users, you can export that list from your old Outlook profile and import it into the Link2Exchange profile so you won't have to recreate it!
Procedure:
Before you begin this procedure, make sure you have followed the instructions on Exporting your Junk Mail sender list from your old Outlook profile.
- Log into your new Link2Exchange email account profile.
- Click Tools->Options.
- Under Email, click the Junk E-mail button.
- Click the Blocked Senders tab.
- Click Import from File.
- On the left, click Desktop.
- Next to File Name, type blocked-senders.
- Click Open.
- Click OK twice then close Outlook.
