Overview:

Procedure:

1. On your Blackberry device's home screen, click Tasks.
2. Click the trackwheel to bring up the drop-down menu and click Options.
3. There are a few options you can modify on this screen. Feel free to experiment and find what you like. You can't break anything.


1. Change the way tasks are sorted. By default, your Blackberry tasks will be sorted by their subject. You can change this to priority, due date or status if desired.


• Scroll to highlight the value next to Sort By.


• Click the trackwheel to bring up the drop-down menu and click Change Option.


• Scroll to the option you want then click on it. For example, scroll down to Due Date then click the trackwheel to change the setting.


• If this is the last option you want to change, hit the Escape key on your handheld (just below the trackwheel) then click Save.

2. Change whether or not you must confirm contact deletions. NOTE: We recommend that you leave this on the default setting which requires you to confirm deletion. Deleting a contact off of your handheld will delete it from our server, as well.


• Scroll to highlight the value next to Confirm Delete.


• Click the trackwheel to bring up the drop-down menu and click Change Option.


• Scroll to the option you want then click on it. For example, scroll up to Yes then click the trackwheel to change the setting.


• If this is the last option you want to change, hit the Escape key on your handheld (just below the trackwheel) then click Save.
