Overview:
Link2Exchange users can forward their email from our servers to a remote email account via our control panel.
Procedure:
- Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel with your email address and password.
- Under Hosted Exchange 2003, click Email Forwarding.
- Put a check next to Enable Forwarding.
- Put the email address to which you're forwarding your email in the box next to 'Forwarding Email Address'.
- If you'd like to keep a copy of the forwarded message in your Link2Exchange account, put a check next to 'Save Copies of Forwarded Messages on Server'.
- Click Save.
- Once the process completes, your email forwarding will be in effect. Send yourself a test message and check to make sure you receive it at the email address to which you're forwarding your mail.
