Overview:
You must install SP2 for Mac Office & Entourage - the download can be found on Microsoft's website. Go to Help -> About; if the version is either 11.0.X or 11.1.X, then you need to install SP2 first. If the version is 11.2.X, then you already have SP2. Once SP2 for Mac Office & Entourage has been installed, please download & install the latest update as well..

Procedure On Setting up Entourage:From inside Entourage 2004/2008, Click on Tools, then select Accounts. Click on the Exchange tab, click on New, click on Configure account manually
Account Name: Enter a Title, such as Link2Exchange
Personal Information:
Name: Your Name
Email Address:
Server Information:
Account ID:
Domain: L2E
Password: enter your password here
Exchange 2003 Server: https://mail.link2exchange.com
*NOTE* If you are on Exchange 2007 use the following for the server address: https://mail.link2exchange.com/exchange/you@yourdomain.com

*NOTE* If only your public folders are displaying then your account is most likely on Exchange 2007 and you need to enter the following for the server address: https://mail.link2exchange.com/exchange/you@yourdomain.com
