Overview:
For most business users, the default reply-to address of username@yourdomain.com is exactly what they want. However, some businesses have users need a reply-to address that is different from their default email address. This desire is even more likely for personal account (@link2exchange.com) users. Both business and personal account users can change their reply-to address by submitting a request to Link2Exchange support to have your reply-to address changed through the Link2Exchange control panel.
Procedure:
!! IMPORTANT NOTE !! Business users can now configure their own reply-to email addresses using their organizations admin@ account. For details, see Changing a user's reply-to address via the Link2Exchange control panel .
- Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel with your email address and password.
- Under the Link2Exchange support 'Requests' section, click 'Open Ticket/Ask Question'.
- Fill in your account information in the supplied text boxes.
- Next to Issue is Regarding, select Other.
- In the explanation of issue, type the following: Please update the reply-to address on my account, yourusername@yourdomain.com, to the following: yourreplytousername@yourreplytodomain.com.
- Click Send Information. You will be notified when the change has taken effect. (Updates generally occur within one hour during normal business days (M-F 9am-5pm EST).)
