Changing your personal information via the Link2Exchange control panel

Overview:

As a Link2Exchange user, you have access to change your personal information through the Link2Exchange control panel. Should you lose your password and no longer have access to the control panel, your domain admin can reset it for you. (Personal accounts @link2exchange.com must contact support@link2exchange.com in that case.

Procedure:

  1. Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel with your email address and password.
  2. Under Configuration, click Edit.
  3. Update your personal information (Name, address, phone number, etc) as you desire then click Save.
  4. Once the process completes, your personal information will be updated in our system.


IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for these changes to take effect in your user's existing Outlook they must follow the procedure for updating their Outlook profile. For details, see I changed my Full Name information in the control panel but it hasn't changed in Outlook. What should I do?
