Overview:
As a Link2Exchange user, you have access to change your Link2Exchange password through the Link2Exchange control panel. Should the user lose his/her password and no longer have access to the control panel, contact the administrator for your domain and they can reset the password for you. (Link2Exchange.com users would need to contact support@link2exchange.com in that case.)
Procedure:
- Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel with your email address and password.
- Under Configuration, click Change Password.
- Enter in your old email password next to 'Old Password'.
- Enter in your new password twice then click Save.
- Once the process completes, your password will be updated.
