Overview:
Business accounts (aka 'organizations') have access to change their contact information through the Link2Exchange control panel. This information is used by Link2Exchange when we need to make contact with someone at your organization regarding your account.
Procedure:
- Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel as the admin account for your domain (admin@domain.com).
- Click the Contact Information tab.
- Update the organizational contact information (Contact Name, email address, and phone number) as you desire then click Save.
- Once the process completes, the organization's contact information will be updated.
