Overview:
All users have access to change their own personal information through the Link2Exchange control panel. Should the user lose his/her password and no longer have access to the control panel, you can reset it using the procedure linked below. Should the user be technically unable to change his/her personal information you (as the domain administrator) can do it for them following this procedure.
(For users to modify their own personal information, have them log into the control panel as themselves and click Edit under Configuration. Then make the changes and save. Simple and more convenient for both you and them!)
Procedure:
- Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel as the admin account for your domain (admin@domain.com).
- Click List Users.
- Click on the radio button next to the user whose personal information you want to update then click Edit.
- Update the personal information (Name, address, phone number, etc) as you desire then click Save.
- Once the process completes, the user's personal information will be updated.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for these changes to take effect in your user's existing Outlook they must follow the procedure for updating their Outlook profile. For details, see I changed my Full Name information in the control panel but it hasn't changed in Outlook. What should I do?
