Overview:
All users have access to change their own passwords through the Link2Exchange control panel. Should the user lose his/her password and no longer have access to the control panel, you can reset it using the procedure below.
Procedure:
- Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel as the admin account for your domain (admin@domain.com).
- Click List Users.
- Put a check in the checkbox next to the user whose password you want to update then click Overview.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter in the user's new password twice then click Save.
- Once the process completes, the user's password will be updated.
