Cancel an existing Link2Exchange account

Overview:

Individual users do not have the ability to cancel users through the Link2Exchange control panel. Below are the options for an individual user who wants to cancel an existing Link2Exchange account.

Procedure:

  1. Business accounts (@yourdomain.com)

    1. Contact your organizational admin and have him/her remove your account.

    2. If you are the organization admin, see Removing a user from your business account via the Link2Exchange control panel.
  2. Personal accounts (@link2exchange.com)

    1. For security reasons, personal account cancellations must be done over the phone by calling our office at 866.885.2435.
