Adding your SharePoint URL to a Exchange Outlook sub folder

Some users like to be able to access their SharePoint within the same Exchange Outlook profile.

� Launch and Login to your Link2exchange Outlook profile

� Right click on your Outlook INBOX and create a folder called SharePoint

� Simply right click on your new SharePoint sub folder and choose property

� Within the SharePoint Properties folder choose Home Page. Check off �Show home page by default for this folder�.

� Type out the address of your SharePoint URL: For Example: http://sp.yourdomainname.com/

� Click apply to the SharePoint Property folder

� Now double click on your new SharePoint sub-folder and Login with your username and password, your site will then launch within Outlook.
