Overview:
In order to use a Blackberry with the Link2Exchange service, you must first activate the Blackberry Live Integration service for your email account. This can be done for both personal and business accounts through our Link2Exchange control panel.

Procedure:
- Log in to the Link2Exchange control panel with your email address and password.
- Under the Link2Exchange support 'Requests' section, click 'Activate Blackberry Live Integration'.
- Fill in your email address and Blackberry PIN number in the supplied text boxes.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Send Information. You will be notified when the change has taken effect. (Blackberry activation generally occurs within one hour during normal business days (M-F 9am-5pm EST).)
You will be notified when your account has been activated. See 'Related Documents' below for links to configure your Blackberry once the Blackberry Live Integration has been activated.
